Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-27
This Privacy Policy applies to the NEXSTR mobile application (package name com.tesyoholdings.nexstr, hereinafter the "Application") provided by Tesyo Holdings LLC ("we", "us", or the "Service Provider"). The Application is offered free of charge and provided on an "AS IS" basis. This policy describes what limited data the Application collects, why it is collected, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Information We Collect
The Application collects the following limited data necessary for crash diagnostics and performance monitoring:
- Crash logs and stack traces — automatically generated when the Application crashes or encounters an unhandled error (collected via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Device information — device model, operating system version, system language, network type (Wi-Fi / cellular), and Application version.
- App activity — aggregate, non-personal usage events such as screens viewed, features used, and session duration (collected via Firebase Analytics).
- Approximate location — country and city derived from your IP address. We do not request precise GPS-level location and the Application does not request any location permission.
- Pseudonymous installation identifier — an installation-specific identifier (App Instance ID) generated by Firebase, which cannot be linked to your real-world identity.
- Runtime integrity signals — anti-tamper and anti-fraud signals (e.g., debugger / emulator / hook detection results, app integrity checksum) collected by an embedded security SDK (NetEase Yidun) to protect the Application against tampering and abuse.
The Application does NOT collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any directly identifying information.
- Precise (GPS-level) location data. The Application does not request location permissions.
- Photos, videos, audio files, or documents stored on your device. Media playback occurs entirely on-device and no media content is uploaded to our servers.
- Contacts, calendar entries, or messages.
- Browsing history outside the Application.
- Biometric data, financial information, or health information.
2. How We Use the Information
The data collected is used solely to:
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs in the Application.
- Improve stability and overall performance.
- Maintain compatibility across different device models and Android versions.
- Understand aggregate, non-personal usage patterns (e.g., which features are most used) to improve the user experience.
- Detect tampering, reverse-engineering, or fraudulent use of the Application, and protect the integrity of the Application.
We do NOT display advertising inside the Application, perform marketing attribution, build behavioral profiles for resale, or use the collected data for any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the Application. We do not sell or rent your data.
3. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on the following third-party services to operate:
- Google Play Services — required for installation, updates, and Android system integration.
- Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports as described above. Crash data is processed by Google LLC on our behalf under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms.
- Firebase Analytics — collects aggregate, non-personal usage events (App Instance ID, app interactions, approximate location from IP). Processed by Google LLC on our behalf under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms.
- NetEase Yidun — embedded anti-tamper and anti-fraud security service provided by Hangzhou NetEase Yidun Network Technology Co., Ltd. Collects runtime integrity signals (debugger / emulator / hook detection results, app integrity checksum, device hardware fingerprint) solely to detect tampering, reverse-engineering, and fraudulent use of the Application. Does not access your media files, contacts, or any directly identifying information.
The Application does NOT integrate any advertising SDK (no banner, interstitial, rewarded, or native ads), marketing attribution SDK, or social media SDK.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share limited data only with the third-party services listed in Section 3, for the specific purposes described:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — receives crash logs, device information, app activity, and approximate location derived from IP, acting as our data processor.
- NetEase Yidun — receives runtime integrity signals and device hardware fingerprint to perform anti-tamper and anti-fraud verification, acting as our data processor.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any other party. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
- When required by law, court order, or a valid government request.
- When necessary to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or respond to security incidents.
5. Data Retention
Retention periods differ by service:
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Analytics events (Firebase Analytics) — retained for up to 14 months at the user level, then automatically deleted.
- Runtime integrity signals (NetEase Yidun) — retained according to NetEase Yidun's own retention policy, typically up to 180 days for fraud-detection records.
You may request earlier deletion of any data associated with your installation at any time by emailing support@nextstreamapp.com. We will respond and complete deletion within 7 business days.
6. Data Security
All data transmitted between the Application and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We rely on Google's infrastructure-level security controls for the storage of crash data through Firebase Crashlytics.
